What we collect

When you submit a URL for scanning, we store three things:

  • — The URL you submitted
  • — The timestamp of the scan
  • — The generated report (scores, verdict, issues, quick wins)

That's the complete list.

What we don't collect

  • — We don't use cookies
  • — We don't store your IP address beyond a temporary rate-limit window
  • — We don't collect any personally identifiable information (PII)
  • — We don't scrape personal information from the sites we scan
  • — We don't track you across the web

Third parties

We share data with three services, and only for the purpose of running the scan:

  • — Anthropic — We send the fetched HTML of your submitted URL to Anthropic's Claude model for analysis. Anthropic's data usage policies apply to that request.
  • — Supabase — We store the generated report in Supabase (our database provider). Reports are stored indefinitely.
  • — OnlyData — When scoring a website, we send the domain to OnlyData (onlydata.club) for an agent-readiness assessment. This may create a public company profile on OnlyData for that domain.

That's it. No analytics platforms, no ad networks, no data brokers.

Public reports

All reports are public. Anyone with the report URL can view it. This is by design — reports are meant to be shared with your team or webmaster. If you don't want a report to be publicly accessible, don't scan the site.

ChatGPT plugin

SiteScore is available as a ChatGPT plugin. When you use it through ChatGPT:

  • — Data collected: Only the website URL you submit for scoring. We do not receive or store any personal data from your ChatGPT conversation.
  • — Purpose: The URL is used solely to generate a website quality score.
  • — Recipients: The same third parties listed above — Anthropic (for LLM analysis), Supabase (for storage), and OnlyData (onlydata.club — receives the domain for business enrichment and agent-readiness scoring; may create a public company profile).
  • — Retention: Reports are stored indefinitely, same as web-submitted scans.
  • — Deletion: To request deletion of a report, email hello@sitescore.report with the URL.

No ChatGPT account information, conversation history, or user identity is collected or stored by SiteScore.
